The company develops and operates multiple proprietary products leveraging AI, IoT, and cloud technologies, transforming user experiences across diverse domains such as education, HR, media, and business support. These products are delivered to users both in Japan and globally, and you will work closely with a multinational team in a globally minded development environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of user challenges
- Generate ideas to improve customer experience and expand market share
- Create MRDs, define product roadmaps, design UI/UX, and develop prototypes
- Drive technical architecture decisions, evaluate features, and lead continuous improvements
- Optimize product development processes and contribute to organizational improvement

Requirements
