Job Description
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager — Network Effects & Social Finance to build and scale the Network Effects architecture within Salmon’s Collaborative Platform. Salmon is building a collaborative finance platform where financial products grow through communities and network effects.
Our goal is to reach 25M customers by turning finance from an individual experience into a collaborative one. Traditional fintech products grow through marketing. We believe the next wave of fintech will grow through network effects and collaborative usage.
Your challenge is to design product mechanics that make Salmon grow naturally through communities, engagement loops, and shared financial behaviors.
What You Will Own
- Own the Network Effects product direction from strategy to delivery
- Finalize and structure the Network Effects backlog, including decisions around Spaces and core collaborative mechanics
- Identify critical market needs using JTBD and PMF thinking to ensure strong community adoption
- Design and deliver scalable product architecture that enables organic growth
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to seed and activate the platform
- Build feedback and learning loops to accelerate adoption and continuously improve the system
- Collaborate with product, engineering, growth, and marketing teams to align architecture with business goals
- Model and validate network effect dynamics to ensure long-term scalability
