Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced developer to take ownership of a focused Adobe Experience Manager initiative within AEM as a Cloud Service. This engagement requires someone who can operate independently, make strong architectural decisions, and deliver production-ready solutions with clarity and confidence.
The initial phase is platform- and DevOps-heavy within AEM Cloud, with potential for continued architecture and development work beyond the first milestone.
- Own end-to-end delivery of a defined AEM Cloud initiative from technical planning through execution and handoff
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud-compliant workflows for AEM as a Cloud Service
- Support and optimize cloud-native AEM deployments, including performance, scalability, and reliability
- Lead bulk asset ingestion and migration activities with validation checkpoints
- Implement or support modern delivery patterns including Edge Delivery Services
- Integrate and validate analytics and personalization tooling within cloud and edge experiences
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and reduce delivery risk
- Document architectural decisions, workflows, and operational guidance

- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service
- Solid understanding of AEM DevOps concepts, including Cloud Manager and CI/CD workflows
- Experience with Edge Delivery Services or performance-focused web delivery patterns
- Deep familiarity with AEM Assets, including bulk ingestion and metadata management
- Proficiency with Git-based workflows (GitHub or similar)
- Experience integrating Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or similar tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills across application, pipeline, and deployment layers
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities without close supervision
- Experience migrating from on-prem AEM to AEM as a Cloud Service
- Familiarity with Universal Editor authoring models
- Exposure to CDN or edge routing strategies for multi-origin delivery
