Data Science Lead – AdTech

50/50 hands-on/management

Seeking a Lead Data Scientist to join a pioneering ad platform renowned for its innovative advertising and monetisation strategies. Supported by a robust tech stack and substantial financial backing, this company is transforming the mobile advertising sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Own critical data science documentation such as implementation details and experiments
• Develop a long-term roadmap and contribute to the company’s strategic planning
• Grow and manage the Data Science Team, mentoring and training junior Data Scientists
• Collaborate with the infrastructure and product teams on tools and best practices

Requirements:

STEM degree and multiple years of experience, AdTech experience is a huge plus

• Experience as a Lead; hiring, creating career plans, code reviews, 1-to-1s
• Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, AWS, Kafka, Spark, Flink, S3
• Must: working on aB2B SaaS product and working with recommendation systems
• Bonus: Jira, Figma
