About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Bright Vision Technologies. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about data analysis and visualization, and who want to contribute to the development of data-driven strategies that influence business decisions. The ideal candidate will analyze large and diverse data sets to identify trends and patterns, develop comprehensive dashboards and reports, and work closely with various business units to understand their data needs. This position is based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, with a flexible onsite/hybrid work arrangement, and is offered as a full-time W2 role. Candidates holding OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, TN, E3, or other Non-Immigrant visas, who are seeking H-1B sponsorship for the 2027 quota, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports
