We are seeking to hire a Performance Tester with experience in Medicare / healthcare claims environments to join our team working on a new multi-year award we have within a State Gov’t client, updating their Medicare/Medicaid claims systems. This role is 100% remote.

Being a US Cit is required for working on this program.

This position pays a strong salary package with full benefits (including choice of healthcare plans, dental, vision, life insurance, 3 weeks PTO, 11 Paid Federal Holidays, and a matching 401k).

An option for working on an hourly rate is also available for those not needing a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and run performance tests for Medicare EDI, claims, eligibility, pricing, adjudication, immunization registry, data analytics systems
• Simulate high volume HIPAA X12 workloads (837, 835, 270/271, etc.)

• Perform load, stress, and endurance testing for real time (UI and APIs) and batch processes
• Monitor system and database performance to identify bottlenecks
• Partner with dev/ops teams to resolve performance issues and optimize throughput
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in Medicare or healthcare claims environments

• Proficient with performance tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, etc.)
• Knowledge of EDI X12, claims workflows, and HIPAA standards
• Strong troubleshooting and analysis skills
