Board Game Designer

This role offers an exciting opportunity to design a new board game focused on fostering growth mindset, resilience, and emotional intelligence in children, tweens, and teens. The designer will play a key part in conceptualizing and visually developing a game that is both engaging and educational, aligning with the mission to empower young people through interactive play. Working fully remotely, you will collaborate closely to bring creative and insightful ideas to the game's visual and functional presentation, ensuring the final product is both impactful and enjoyable.

Deliverables

• Develop initial concepts and mockups for the board game, including game mechanics, layout, and visual style
• Create detailed design assets such as game boards, cards, tokens, and packaging
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine gameplay and visual elements based on feedback
• Prepare production-ready files for manufacturing and digital presentation
