Job Description
Title: Founding Full Stack AI Engineer (Backend/Python Focus) Package: £110k Remote
The Mission
We’ve built a voice-based AI system that’s already training global sales teams in real-time. Since our 2023 launch, we’ve hit six-figure revenue with just two founders and one engineer. We’ve just closed our first funding round and need a Founding Full Stack Engineer to take the reins of our production systems.
The Role
This isn't a research lab; it’s a building site. You’ll own the backend, polish the frontend, and ship AI-driven features that users actually rely on. We value pragmatism over perfection and shipping over simulation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the Stack: End-to-end backend ownership (Python, APIs, Databases).
- Shipping Fast: Building and deploying production-ready systems using CI/CD and Docker.
- Product Evolution: Collaborating directly with founders to move from "1" to "100".
- Full Stack Flux: Primarily backend-focused, but comfortable jumping into React/Redux to build seamless user flows.

The Essentials:
- 0-1 Experience: You’ve been in the trenches of an early-stage startup before.
- Backend Mastery: Strong Python production experience (Postgres/MongoDB).
- Infrastructure: Comfortable with cloud environments (Azure preferred) and CI/CD.
- Some experience developing AI
- Pragmatic Mindset: You’d rather ship a working feature today than a perfect one next month
