Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an IT Project Manager. The IT Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-focused projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources and budgets, troubleshooting project challenges, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. The role involves ensuring project alignment with company goals and providing leadership to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management and Program Management skills, including experience with planning, executing, and delivering projects
• Proficiency and experience in Information Technology, including tools, systems, and best practices
• Excellent Analytical Skills for assessing project needs, identifying solutions, and driving effective decision-making
• Exceptional Communication Skills to liaise with teams, stakeholders, and clients effectively

• Prior experience in issue resolution and risk management in project execution
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience managing technology-focused projects

Responsibilities

Plan and manage IT projects from initiation to delivery

Coordinate cross-functional and distributed teams

Requirements

2+ years managing IT or technology projects

Strong understanding of software and infrastructure concepts

Experience managing budgets and timelines

Experience with Agile or hybrid methodologies

Fluent English and ability to work remotely

Experience managing distributed teams

Experience in fintech or SaaS environments
