Test Manager - ERP Implementation Project

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to support a strategic ERP implementation project. This role combines organizational leadership in test management with a solid technical understanding of test automation.

Your Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for test management: planning, coordination, execution and reporting
• Review and approval of automated and manual test results
• Lead and guide test teams (functional and technical)
• Support the setup and further development of test automation
• Transform manual test cases into automated test scenarios

• Act as interface between project management, agile teams and external ERP service providers

Your Profile

• Fluent in German (mandatory), very good English skills
• Proven experience in test management
• ISTQB Certified Tester required, ISTQB Test Manager certification preferred

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps (manual testing), Jira, Confluence, Conceptboard; additional testing tools are a plus
