About The Role

We are seeking a talented and proactive UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic development team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for front-end development work on our cutting-edge software platform, primarily utilizing Vue.js. Your expertise will help translate design wireframes and mockups into reliable, reusable, and visually appealing components that enhance user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers via Slack and Zoom to deliver high-quality features that meet our clients’ needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end design principles, modern JavaScript frameworks, and best practices in UI/UX development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a product that makes a tangible difference in political campaigning and organizational outreach, with the flexibility of remote work and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional experience as a front-end software developer
• Deep understanding of Vue 3, Vue Router, and Pinia fundamentals
• Proficiency in implementing Vue components from existing designs
• Experience translating wireframes and mockups into reliable, reusable code
• Strong experience with front-end design and development best practices
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and Vite build tools
• Knowledge of cloud services such as Terraform, Amazon AWS, and S3
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions and Docker
• Ability to perform code reviews and mentor team members on architectural concepts
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work remotely with distributed teams

• Experience with Figma and Storybooks
