This is an opportunity to do meaningful work for a fast-growing agency where your output directly impacts client success. You'll be trusted to work independently, bring best practices to the table, and take ownership of your builds from kickoff through launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on Webflow architecture, SEO best practices, and site performance improvements

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of Webflow projects, including CMS-driven and custom-designed sites
  • Deep familiarity with Webflow's Designer, Editor, CMS, and Interactions capabilities
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and modern web standards
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to custom Webflow integrations
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate clearly in a remote environment
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work on time

Benefits

  • Fully remote position with flexible scheduling
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Dog-friendly office environment (for those who visit!)
  • Technology stipend for equipment setup
