Role Overview
A highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and delivering large-scale enterprise technology initiatives. The role focuses on managing complex IT programs such as cloud migrations, software deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives. This position leads cross-functional global teams, ensures alignment between IT initiatives and business strategy, and delivers projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Leadership
- Lead and manage enterprise-level IT programs and project portfolios exceeding $5M.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and deployment.
- Deliver complex initiatives such as cloud migrations (AWS, Azure), software implementations, and infrastructure modernization.

Stakeholder & Executive Management
- Collaborate with C-level executives and senior leadership to align IT initiatives with strategic business objectives.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and KPIs to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and business partners.
Agile & Project Delivery
- Lead teams using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release cycles using tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and maintain project timelines.
Risk, Governance & Compliance
