Key Responsibilities
Content Planning and Coordination
- Create, schedule, and publish on-brand social content to drive website traffic.
- Assist in writing and formatting blog posts, news updates, and web pages.
- Repurpose website content (e.g., product announcements) into engaging social media formats (graphics, reels, stories).
- Work with the creative team to ensure on-time, on-brand execution of all social media content.
- Support the daily management of social accounts and perform basic website updates using our CMS (e.g., WordPress).
- Research on content trends, hashtags, and audience preferences.

- Use analytics tools to track performance metrics.
- Reports generation on social engagement and web traffic to inform future content decisions.
- Provide ad-hoc support for overall marketing activations, including on-site assistance at events, exhibitions, and photoshoots.

- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, with at least 1 year of digital marketing experience in social media, content creation and e-commerce management.
- A clear understanding of major social media platforms and a personal interest in digital trends.
- Strong writing skills and a keen eye for visual detail. Basic experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Express) is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn website content management systems (CMS), analytics (Google Analytics), and social media scheduling tools.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive team player.
- A portfolio or personal social/media projects that demonstrate your creativity and understanding of content are highly valued.
- 5.5-day work week (alternate half-day Saturdays). Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm), Alternate Sat (8.30am – 12.30pm).
- Transport provided at Yew Tee MRT Station / Admiralty MRT Station.
- New office relocation to town area in Q2 2026.
