Technical Lead - Managed Services

ODC Ltd is a leading Managed Service Provider in Vanuatu delivering Microsoft 365, network security, Wi-Fi, cameras, access control and infrastructure solutions for businesses across the country.

As ODC continues to grow its managed services offering, we are looking for a Technical Lead to oversee service delivery and guide our engineering team.

This is a leadership role focused on structure, standards and service quality.

The Technical Lead ensures ODC delivers reliable, consistent and well-managed services to our clients.

You will oversee technical operations, support engineers, enforce standards and ensure service performance aligns with our SLAs.

• Oversee technical service delivery across all managed clients
• Lead and support a team of local and expatriate engineers
• Ensure SLA commitments are met and maintained
• Act as escalation point for complex technical issues
• Maintain documentation and technical standards
• Help improve processes and reduce recurring technical problems

• Provide operational reporting to management

Within the first 6 months:

• High SLA compliance across managed clients
• Clear escalation paths for engineers
• Consistent technical standards across deployments
• Improved operational visibility and reporting
• Reduced need for CEO involvement in day-to-day technical matters

• Experience working in an MSP or managed services environment
• Strong Microsoft 365 and cloud security knowledge
• Solid networking experience (firewalls, switching, Wi-Fi)
• Experience leading engineers or technical teams
