Are you a master of logistics with a passion for creating memorable brand experiences? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will support the execution of impactful events that engage our customers, dealers, and leadership. Reporting to the Experiential Marketing Manager, you will be the backbone of our event operations-handling everything from budgeting and project coordination to on-site execution for our global Oil & Gas and Marine divisions.
Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution
- Take the Lead: Strategize and execute Tier 2 and 3 (smaller-scale) events with support from the marketing strategist and central team.
- Logistics Management: Oversee registration, sponsorship deliverables, and lead generation.
- Process Pro: Define and document event processes to ensure consistency across our entire portfolio.
- On-Site Support: Manage vendors, lead pre-event meetings, and troubleshoot real-time issues to ensure a seamless "show day."
- Keep Us on Track: Use Workfront to manage tasks and deadlines, communicating proactively with the team.
- Post-Event Analysis: Create and distribute surveys, then analyze results and budget metrics to help us improve every time.
- Digital Organization: Catalog event files and maintain our event calendars, SharePoint, and AEM platforms.

- Financial Tracking: Maintain real-time budget updates and ensure we stay within project estimates.
- Creative Sourcing: Partner with suppliers to curate branded giveaways and source high-quality event assets (banners, creative, etc.) through our approved networks.
- Experience: 1-3 years in marketing, project management, or event coordination (brand or agency side).
- Collaborator: Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams, including product, design, and sales.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with project management tools (Workfront, Asana, etc.) and a quick learner of new platforms.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills are a must.
- Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful. You should be comfortable working across global time zones and solving problems on the fly.
