Job Description
Campaign Coordinator
Bandit Media Group is a boutique organic marketing agency specializing in SEO (Search Engine Optimization), AEO/GEO (Answer/Generative Engine Optimization), and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). We work with US-based clients on long-term partnerships, not quick-fix projects. Our team is small, sharp, and building something that lasts.
We're a remote team that runs tight processes, communicates directly, and doesn't hide behind jargon or fluff. If you like ownership over your work and want to grow with an agency instead of just grinding inside one, keep reading.
The Campaign Coordinator is the execution engine of our client campaigns. You sit between the Campaign Director and our clients, making sure strategy turns into deliverables and nothing falls through the cracks.
You're not building the strategy. You're making sure it actually happens, on time, and at the quality bar our clients expect. You're the person who keeps the trains running so the Campaign Director can stay focused on the big picture.
- Carry out tactical work outlined in campaign plans: publishing content, scheduling posts, updating on-page SEO elements, submitting outreach, and similar tasks
- Move tasks through our project management system (ClickUp), keeping statuses current and flagging blockers before they snowball
- QA deliverables before they go to the Campaign Director or the client
- Pull data from platforms like Google Search Console (GSC), Google Analytics (GA4), Ahrefs, and others into reporting templates
- Surface trends, anomalies, and wins to the Campaign Director so nothing gets missed
- Prep client-facing reports so the director reviews and sends, not builds from scratch
- Handle routine client requests, status updates, and asset collection ("we need your login, your headshots, your approved copy")
- Schedule and prep agendas for client calls
- Take meeting notes and distribute action items
- You will not be flying solo on client accounts. You'll have clear guardrails and support from the Campaign Director

- Connect the dots between what our PR Manager is doing and what's happening in campaigns, so wins on one side feed the other
- Flag capacity issues or timeline risks early to the Campaign Director and Head of Operations
- Support new client onboarding by executing intake checklists and gathering initial assets
- Not a strategist. You follow the plan and help refine it over time, but you don't build it from zero.
- Not a deep specialist. You'll touch SEO, content, and outreach without needing to be an expert in any single one.
- Not unsupported client-facing. You'll talk to clients, but always with backup and clear boundaries on what you handle vs. escalate.
- Are obsessively organized and get genuine satisfaction from a clean task board
- Can context-switch between clients and tasks without losing quality
- Write clearly and concisely (client-facing emails, internal updates, meeting notes)
- Are comfortable pulling data from marketing platforms, even if you're not doing deep analysis yet
- Ask questions early instead of guessing and delivering the wrong thing
- Want to learn the "why" behind campaign strategy, not just execute blindly
- Thrive in a small team where your work is visible and your input matters
