Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across multiple business and IT functions. This role involves requirements gathering, business process analysis, workflow design, testing support, stakeholder coordination, and translating complex business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
The ideal candidate has strong experience across SDLC (Agile + Waterfall), works comfortably with diverse stakeholders, and can support both BA and light PM functions. This role touches consumer-facing digital platforms, backend systems, integrations, and multi-team enterprise programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform business and system analysis for enterprise digital transformation projects
- Facilitate workshops (e.g., JAD sessions), conduct data and process analysis, and document workflows
- Gather, refine, and validate complex business requirements; convert into functional specifications
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog for assigned features
- Support production systems as needed (triage, requirement clarification, system validation)
- Create and execute test cases involving complex online and batch processing
- Develop presentations, documentation, and communication materials for various stakeholder groups
- Coordinate, schedule, and lead meetings; document minutes, action items, and next steps
- Occasionally assist with project planning, task assignments, and progress reporting
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for IT teams
- Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams from initial requirements to implementation
- Support feasibility studies, cost/benefit analysis, and operational impact assessments
- Assist Project Managers and occasionally act as PM for smaller initiatives

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- Strong experience with Agile & Waterfall SDLC methodologies
- Ability to create high-quality business requirements, functional specs, test plans, and test scripts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills across business and technical teams
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and gather complex requirements
- Experience creating process models, diagrams, user flows, and business documentation
- Experience with consumer-facing digital platforms or transactional web systems
- Ability to support multiple simultaneous projects
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence preferred
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to act as IT SME post-implementation
- Stable enterprise work history required
- Big 4 consulting experience preferred
Desired Skills
- Experience in automotive, OEM, dealer, or supply chain environments
- Familiarity with workshop facilitation and JAD sessions
- Experience with UI/UX discussions, digital workflows, and integrated platforms
