Blockchain Engineer - Payment Infrastructure

We're building open payments infrastructure for always-on payment solutions powered by USDT. Our enterprise-focused products enable businesses to send and receive money instantly, securely, and cost-effectively, 24/7 across global markets. Operating as a fully remote team, we serve clients worldwide.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with at least 1 year focused on blockchain infrastructure, protocol development, or on-chain systems.
• Strong proficiency in Go and Python, with the ability to work across multiple languages and ramp quickly on new tooling as the stack evolves.
• Hands-on experience with EVM-compatible chains, including smart contract development, deployment pipelines, and debugging on-chain behavior.
• Working knowledge of Solidity, including writing secure, efficient contracts and participating in internal reviews or audits.
• Familiarity with Cosmos SDK and IBC, with practical experience building or extending modules, custom chains, or interchain integrations.
• Demonstrated experience designing and shipping production-grade APIs, SDKs, or developer integration libraries with clear documentation and versioning.
• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals: consensus mechanisms, transaction lifecycles, finality, mempool dynamics, and state management.
• Proven ability to own complex technical problems end-to-end, from architecture and specification through to production support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience building payment infrastructure, stablecoin protocols, or settlement systems on a live blockchain network.
• Comfort working at the intersection of EVM and Cosmos, including multi-asset and chain deployments, bridging logic, or cross-chain state coordination.
• Track record of open-source contributions to blockchain tooling, protocol clients, or developer-facing infrastructure.
• Experience with wallet infrastructure, key management, or custodial and non-custodial payment architecture at scale.
• Background in high-frequency trading, fintech, or other latency-sensitive financial systems where correctness and uptime are non-negotiable.

• Design, develop, and maintain wallet infrastructure and payment systems that power high-volume stablecoin transactions across EVM and Cosmos-based networks.
• Build and deploy secure, gas-efficient smart contracts alongside monitoring systems that detect anomalous on-chain behavior in real time.
• Architect and maintain APIs and developer-facing integration libraries that enable seamless partner and enterprise onboarding.

Engineering Excellence

• Write thoroughly tested, well-documented code with a strong emphasis on performance and reliability across a multi-chain environment.
