The Director of Digital Sales & Marketing is responsible for leading the alignment between the company’s digital marketing initiatives and its online sales, lead generation, and brand growth objectives. This role owns the development and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy that clearly connects marketing investment to measurable revenue outcomes, brand equity, and customer acquisition. This leader will oversee digital platforms, performance marketing, content, and technology strategy while serving as a key collaborator across brand, sales, merchandising, and retail partners. The role is designed for a high-potential marketing leader who is poised and ready to step into broader marketing leadership down the road. A successful candidate will be hands-on, highly collaborative, data-driven, and deeply aligned with the company’s culture and values.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Digital Strategy & Revenue Growth.
• Develop and execute the company’s digital sales and marketing strategy, clearly linking digital initiatives to online revenue, lead generation, and ROI.
• Optimize digital marketing investment through measurable KPIs, forecasting, performance analysis, and regular reporting to maximize marketing spend effectiveness.
• Own the long-term omnichannel digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, sales objectives, and customer experience goals.
• Direct Owned, Paid & Earned Media.

• Lead owned, paid, and shared media initiatives across SEO, content, email, social media, affiliate marketing, and digital advertising.

Website, UX & Technology Oversight
• Oversee the consumer-facing website and digital ecosystem, serving as the arbiter of digital quality, usability, and performance.
• Oversee the hospitality website.
• Drive best-in-class user experience, digital design, functionality, and conversion optimization using emerging trends and best practices.
• Lead overall web development strategy, digital engagement initiatives, and content distribution across platforms.
Retail & Partner Collaboration
• Serve as a key liaison with retail partners, collaborating on digital landing pages, merchandising execution, and online brand presentation.
• Partner closely with eCommerce partners and online platforms to identify growth opportunities and strengthen digital partnerships.

• Oversee marketing support initiatives that enhance sales, product storytelling, and market presence.
Trade Shows & Industry Engagement
• Oversee marketing support for major industry trade shows, including Las Vegas Market and High Point Market.
• Attend and actively support trade shows, collaborating with sales, merchandising, and leadership teams to ensure strong brand representation and digital integration.
Leadership, Culture & Communication
• Advocate for a company-wide digital mindset, fostering collaboration across marketing, sales, merchandising, IT, and leadership.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven success connecting digital marketing initiatives to revenue growth, lead generation, and brand performance.
• Experience managing websites, digital platforms, content ecosystems, and marketing technology stacks.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, digital merchandising, and online retail partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority.
• Experience supporting or leading marketing efforts around major industry trade shows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; advanced degree a plus.
