About The Role

As a middle/senior QA you are expected to animate and develop a high culture of quality control. Being able to read and analyze business and technical requirements. To collaborate cross functionally with other teams (UI/UX, PO, DEV, etc.) and understand precisely the project requirements; Defining the test plans/test strategies and writing test cases (recommend the targeted progressive distribution between automated tests and manual tests).

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to and apply QA processes within the team’s workflow.
• Perform day-to-day manual testing of web application features.
• Execute comprehensive regression test suites before and after releases.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing processes for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with teammates to understand deliverables and requirements.
• Define clearly testable acceptance criteria and translate them into test scripts.
• Report, track, and verify defects, working with developers to resolve issues.
• Manage and mentor junior QA engineers, supporting their test execution, skill development, and adherence to QA best practices.
• Maintain flexibility to perform both manual and automation testing when required.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Experience: Proven 8+ years as a QA Tester or in a similar role.
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Web & Mobile: Experience with Web application testing; exposure to iOS and Android application testing is a plus.
