I’m helping intive find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Wordpress Developer.

You'll engineer scalable digital products, impacting global brands through innovative WordPress and modern frameworks.

Compensation:

USD 3.5K - 5K/month

Responsibilities and more:

Mandatory (Required)

* Senior Software Engineer level.

* Proven experience in software development, designing and implementing complex systems.

* Hands-on experience with WordPress development, including Gutenberg blocks.

* Strong proficiency in PHP.

* Strong proficiency in JavaScript.

* Experience with modern development frameworks (e.g., React or similar).

* Strong understanding of software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.

* Building scalable and high-performance systems.

* Experience leading end-to-end feature development (design, implementation, testing, deployment).

* Experience conducting code reviews.

* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

* Strong communication skills.

Nice To Have:

* Specific experience with React (if not the primary framework used).

* Formal mentoring experience (junior/mid-level engineers).

* Experience driving process improvements and engineering best practices.

* Demonstrated passion for technology and continuous learning.
