About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Frontend Developer to join our fully remote engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to have a significant impact on our platform, building and enhancing the user interface that empowers healthcare professionals. We're looking for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys crafting exceptional user experiences. You will be a key contributor in developing and maintaining the frontend of our healthcare platform. This role demands a strong understanding of modern frontend technologies, a passion for clean and efficient code, and a keen eye for design and usability. You should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

In this role, you will work closely with the product manager and UI/UX designers to understand requirements and translate them into engaging and intuitive user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, performant, and accessible user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Implement complex UI features using state management libraries like SWR and TanStack.
• Build and maintain forms using React Hook Form.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our frontend development practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in frontend software development.
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with Tailwind CSS for styling.
• Solid understanding of state management patterns and experience with libraries like SWR and TanStack.
• Experience with form management using React Hook Form.
• Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
