- Adobe product and Marketing technologies experience is important. Banking experience is a plus, however not a must have.

- Build Interactive Communications building blocks (FDM, templates for print/web, fragments, themes).
- Configure REST data sources and create Form Data Models
- Author templates: XDP (Designer) for print and editable templates.
- Implement rules/conditional logic with the Interactive Communications Rule Editor.
- Ensure security, accuracy, performance, and accessibility across channels.
- Interactive Communications authoring: fragments, templates, charts/tables, rules.
- FDM + REST integration and data binding/test data creation.
- AEM Forms Designer (XDP) for print; editable templates for web.
- Familiarity with Interactive Communications vs. legacy Correspondence Management (letters).
- Partnering with admins on AEM Forms add on installation/config and deployment.
