About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our growing team in Yerevan, Armenia. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns to acquire high-quality users for our iGaming platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage media buying campaigns across various digital channels (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, affiliate networks, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance daily, making data-driven adjustments to optimize for key metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV).
- Analyze traffic data and identify trends to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team to test new ad creatives and formats.
- Conduct research on new advertising platforms and opportunities.
- Track and report on campaign spend and results to ensure budget efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media and media buying, preferably within iGaming, FinTech, or performance marketing.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with tracking tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Voluum).
- Ability to work with data, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Willingness to relocate full-time to Yerevan, Armenia.
