About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer/Developer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects utilizing a broad spectrum of technologies including Java, Python, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems within a microservices architecture. This position is based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, with options for remote or hybrid work arrangements. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining backend services, ensuring seamless integration with front-end applications, and optimizing system performance. As part of our team, you will be instrumental in delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency for our clients. We are particularly interested in candidates who are eligible for H1B sponsorship in 2027 and are currently on OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, TN, E3, or other non-immigrant visas, seeking sponsorship for the upcoming H1B quota.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of real-time experience in backend development
• Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages
• Experience with Spring Boot, Django, and Flask frameworks
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and JSON data interchange
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture
• Database expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Knowledge of message brokers and streaming platforms such as Kafka and Redis

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
