Job Summary

We are seeking Visual Designers and Creative Directors to help critique, experiment with, and shape how AI systems understand and simulate multi-modal design workflows across creative disciplines.

In this role, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary designers to evaluate and refine AI-assisted design processes across mediums. This engagement is ideal for experienced creative professionals who are curious about AI, experimental workflows, and the future of design technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft, critique, and refine experimental design workflows using frontier AI models.
• Evaluate AI-generated visual and conceptual outputs across design disciplines.

• Collaborate asynchronously with designers across multiple creative fields.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI-assisted creative processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in a visual design field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline (e.g., Graphic Design, Product/UI Design, Architecture, Illustration, Industrial Design, Editorial Design, Game Design, Immersive Design, Production Design, or similar).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and conceptual thinking.
• Exposure to AI tools, LLM prompting, generative AI workflows, or experimental digital processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with creative coding tools such as HTML/CSS, Processing, three.js, or similar technologies.
• Experience working in interdisciplinary or experimental design environments.
• Interest in AI, generative systems, and emerging creative technologies.

Engagement Details

• 10–20 hours per week, with potential for increased hours based on performance.
• Project-based engagement beginning in early March (applications reviewed on a rolling basis).
• Fully remote with flexible scheduling.
• Weekly payment based on services rendered.
• Project scope and duration may vary depending on performance and business needs.
