Platform Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Platform Engineer to join our team in one of our European offices:

🎯 Mission:

Help run and improve our Internal Developer Platform (IDP) and related tooling so product teams can develop and deliver code fast, safely, and on their own.

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️ Keep the IDP and core tools (like Sonarqube, Nexus, Unleash, etc) online, well configured and updated.

✔️ Implement automation and integrations between all assigned software and other tools (Okta, GitLab, CI events, ArgoCD, Jira, and Slack).

✔️ Create and maintain pipelines and scripts to automate build, test, and release.

✔️ Add self-service pipelines and safe rollout methods (canary, blue-green) in Kubernetes.

✔️ Contribute to internal pipelines catalog, images hub, helm charts museum and related stuff.

✔️ Monitor logs, metrics, and alerts to quickly troubleshoot or prevent platform-related incidents.

✔️ Work with product development and infra teams to make their daily workflow smoother.

✔️ Make and keep artifacts of your work - tech documentation, schemes, etc., share knowledge, hold demo, tech presentations.

✅ Tech stack you will touch:

Kubernetes, AWS, Vault, Okta, Helm, Argo CD / Rollouts / Workflows, GitLab CI/CD, Python, Bash, JavaScript, MySQL, MongoDB, NATS, Kafka, Unleash, Jira, Slack.

✅ Requirements:

✔️ 3+ years working with Kubernetes in AWS or another cloud, understanding.

✔️ Hands-on use of GitLab CI (pipelines) and Argo CD. Experience with multi-project, multi-env, complex and robust pipelines - must have.

✔️ Understanding of development and release flows, branching models, Git/GitHub/GitLab flows, TBD, etc.

✔️ Good skills in Python, Bash, JavaScript, Golang - nice to have.

✔️ Basic knowledge of monitoring (Prometheus / Grafana) and business, technical metrics.

✔️ Understanding of secrets and identity tools like Vault and Okta.

✔️ At least Upper-intermediate spoken and written English level.
