Job description:
- Lead and manage a team responsible for ERP and HR systems support, enhancements, and integrations
- Own end-to-end application service delivery using ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Level Management)
- Ensure compliance with SOX, ITGCs, and audit requirements, including access controls, change management, and evidence readiness
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal business disruption
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers, including performance and deliverables
- Define and maintain standards for system documentation, testing, configuration, and operational procedures
- Partner with Finance, HR, Security, and Audit teams to align systems with regulatory, operational, and business requirements
- Support audit activities by providing system documentation, walkthroughs, and remediation plans
- Contribute to application roadmaps, continuous improvement initiatives, and technology modernization efforts

Desired skills & experience:
- Proven experience managing or leading enterprise ERP and HR systems in a regulated or SOX-compliant environment
- Strong knowledge of ERP platforms such as Sage X3, SAP, Oracle Financials, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with HR and workforce systems such as SuccessFactors, Dayforce, and Concur
- Working knowledge of SOX controls, IT General Controls (ITGCs), and audit processes
- Practical experience applying ITIL service management frameworks
- Demonstrated people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, documentation, and governance capabilities
