Accountabilities
- Serve as a trusted thought partner, consultant, and coach to senior leaders across the security and engineering organization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all people-related matters, including performance management, change management, employee relations, workforce planning, career development, and manager coaching.
- Analyze organizational health and workforce data to deliver insights, recommendations, and actionable solutions that support business outcomes.
- Lead the design, execution, and project management of critical people programs such as performance reviews, compensation planning, talent reviews, and engagement surveys.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build and implement scalable policies and programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Partner with leaders to assess organizational effectiveness, identify gaps, and implement improvements to enhance team productivity and engagement.
- Promote and embed best practices in people operations while maintaining alignment with strategic business objectives.
- 6+ years of experience as a People Business Partner supporting senior leaders in high-growth, fast-paced organizations.
- Prior experience supporting technical or security-focused teams preferred.
- Strong business acumen with a curiosity to understand business operations and workforce dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, facilitation, and listening skills to build trust at all levels.
- Demonstrated creativity, resilience, and problem-solving skills in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities to handle multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Ability to analyze data effectively and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Bias for action with a hands-on approach to delivering results.
- Curiosity and openness to leveraging AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
