Accountabilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across teams and time zones, ensuring calendars are accurate and up to date.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and support.
- Maintain accurate interview plans, candidate records, and data within the ATS system.
- Anticipate and address the needs of candidates and interview panel members, offering thoughtful solutions.
- Collaborate with recruiters and recruiting operations teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Support initiatives to improve candidate engagement and strengthen inclusive hiring practices.

- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations, preferably in a high-growth, diverse organization.
- Proficiency with an ATS and experience maintaining candidate data accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, ramp up quickly, and work proactively with limited guidance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
