We're hiring a Talent Partner to join our delivery team at an exciting moment — we're early, we're growing, and the person who comes in now will have a real hand in shaping how we operate. As a Talent Partner, you'll own the full candidate delivery process — sourcing, screening, assessing fit, and packaging submissions — for a focused set of searches. You won't be spread thin across everything. You'll go deep on a small number of accounts and become a true expert on the roles you work.
This role is designed with growth in mind. Strong performers will have a clear path to Account Lead — where you'll own client relationships and lead your own searches end-to-end. We promote based on performance, not tenure.
This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving startup environment. While we value flexibility and autonomy, strong performers tend to lean in when momentum is needed — especially when candidates are in late-stage interview processes or clients need quick turnaround.
What You'll Do
- Screen and assess candidates for active searches, ensuring every submission meets a high quality bar
- Source and identify strong candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, and creative outreach strategies
- Manage candidate pipelines and keep searches organized and moving quickly
- Partner closely with Account Leads to calibrate on candidate profiles and search strategy
- Package and present candidate submissions clearly and compellingly
- Integrate feedback from clients and hiring managers to continually refine the candidate profile and improve search quality
- Build and maintain a bench of strong candidates in your niche for future roles
- Provide consistent feedback loops to the sourcing team to improve top-of-funnel quality
- Experiment with tools, AI workflows, and automations to improve sourcing efficiency and recruiting operations
- Represent Twill professionally in every candidate interaction

What We're Looking For
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you treat your searches like your own business and take ownership of outcomes
- 0–2 years of experience — we're open to recent grads and early career candidates with the right mindset
- Any exposure to recruiting, sales, sourcing, or a client-facing role is a plus but not required
- Strong written communicator — a lot of our work happens async

- Coachable and hungry — you want to grow fast and are open to feedback
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple candidates and searches simultaneously
