Summary

Ascenturi is a rapidly growing BPO company that scaled to 100+ global team members in under a year. We are building a new AI and automation division and are looking for a Remote AI Automation Specialist to help implement intelligent systems that make our teams faster, smarter, and more efficient.

This role is perfect for someone interested in AI tools, automation workflows, chatbots, voicebots, and no-code platforms who wants hands-on experience in one of the fastest-growing areas of technology.

You will work directly with leadership to help design and deploy AI-powered systems, workflow automation, and scalable business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Help design, build, and launch AI automation systems and intelligent workflows
• Set up and manage chatbots, voicebots, and AI-powered support tools
• Build automation workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, and API integrations
• Monitor and maintain AI systems, automations, and integrations
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes across operations
• Research and evaluate new AI tools and automation platforms
• Create SOPs, documentation, and process guides for all automation systems
• Build automation diagrams, workflow maps, and system blueprints
• Assist with operations, hiring support, and process improvements
• Collaborate with leadership on AI implementation strategies

Qualifications

• You are curious about AI tools, automation platforms, machine learning, ChatGPT, and workflow optimization.
• Comfortable exploring tools such as Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, n8n, OpenAI tools, or other automation software.
• You enjoy identifying inefficiencies and building smarter systems to solve them.
• Able to write clear documentation and step-by-step instructions.
• Able to manage tasks independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with AI tools, no-code automation, technical support, operations, marketing tech, or SaaS platforms.
