Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Your Profile & DNA:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Java Backend Engineer (Microservices & Azure DevOps) to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade microservices and web services in a banking environment. As a Senior Java Backend Engineer, you will develop and maintain Java 8+ microservices using Spring Boot, build and support REST/SOAP web services, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. You will work in Agile teams, manage CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth production operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and support REST and SOAP web services
• Work with Azure DevOps for code deployments, repository management, and CI/CD pipelines
• Use tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker to support development and deployment
• Take ownership of systems post go-live, including troubleshooting and maintenance
• Collaborate with Agile teams, stakeholders, and customers to deliver business value
• Analyze issues, summarize findings, and provide actionable solutions

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Strong experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
