Founding Product Designer - Mumbai (In-Office)
Location: Mumbai (In-office, 5 days/week)

Traction: Working with large enterprises and managing seven-figures per month in influencer spend
About the initiative
We’re building an agentic, AI-native platform for creator advertising—automating the campaign lifecycle (brief → creator selection → outreach/follow-ups → approvals → delivery QA → reporting). The product has enterprise-grade workflows, internal ops tooling, and performance reporting.
The role
As our Product Designer, you will own design end-to-end—from discovery and interaction design to polished UI and design systems. You’ll work directly with the team to shape an AI-driven product used by enterprise marketers and operators.
This is an in-office role in Mumbai.

Own end-to-end product design
- Translate workflows into intuitive experiences (campaign setup, approvals, QA, reporting)
- Design for multiple personas: enterprise marketers, agency operators, and internal ops
- Create clear UX for complex states: pending approvals, exceptions, retries, disputes, revisions
Design for agentic AI (must-have)
- Design AI experiences that feel trustworthy: transparency, controls, and “human-in-the-loop” steps
- Create patterns for AI outputs: review, edit, regenerate, compare, approve
- Partner with PM/engineering on guardrails, error handling, and safe fallbacks
Discovery & user research
- Lead/participate in weekly user interviews and usability tests
- Convert insights into prototypes and validated iterations
- Define user journeys, JTBD, and wireframes to reduce ambiguity

Prototyping & UI craft
- Build high-fidelity prototypes in Figma for fast iteration and stakeholder alignment
- Deliver production-ready UI specs and assets with clear interaction notes
- Establish a lightweight design system (components, typography, spacing, states)
Work cross-functionally
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation
- Improve handoffs: annotated specs, responsive behavior, edge cases, QA review

What we’re looking for (must-have)
- Strong product design portfolio showing shipped work (B2B/B2B2C a plus)
- Comfort designing complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces (tables, filters, dashboards)
- Strong interaction design + visual craft (clean, modern UI)
- Experience designing AI-assisted experiences (or strong proof you can) such as: review/edit/regenerate flows confidence cues, citations/traceability where relevant controls and guardrails for safer outcomes
- Strong communication and ability to work directly with founders
- Mumbai in-office availability (or immediate relocation)
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise software, admin tools, CRM-style workflows
- Experience building/maintaining design systems
- Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, and metric-driven iteration
- Experience designing for creator/influencer tools, marketplaces, or AdTech dashboards
