Senior Product Manager, Neuro-Behavioral AI Platform

At Sensemitter(aka Emhance.ai), we decode player emotions and behaviors using advanced neuro-behavioral AI. Trusted by top gaming studios like Mytona, Nordeus, and Scopely, we're building a next-generation platform that helps mobile game creators test, optimize, and launch experiences that players actually feel.

We’re now looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and success of our platform—transforming complex behavioral and emotional insights into products that deliver real value for game studios.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Research, and Commercial teams to define what we build, why we build it, and how we deliver it to customers. This role requires someone who combines strategic thinking, strong execution, and deep user empathy in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and strategy to delivery and iteration.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals, customer needs, and technical capabilities.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Research teams to translate insights from behavioral data into clear product features and user experiences.
• Lead product discovery by validating assumptions, understanding customer pain points, and identifying high-impact opportunities.
• Collaborate with Design to define intuitive workflows, dashboards, and data experiences that make complex insights actionable.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure strong product positioning, customer adoption, and feedback loops from the market.
• Define and track product success metrics, continuously analyzing performance and iterating based on data.
• Balance speed and quality—making pragmatic decisions to ship quickly while maintaining a strong product experience.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that user needs remain central to product decisions while aligning with business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS startups.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering complex digital products from concept to launch.
• Strong ability to translate customer problems into clear product solutions and prioritized roadmaps.
• Comfortable working with data-heavy products—experience with analytics, dashboards, or research tools is a strong advantage.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints and tradeoffs.
• Ability to operate in a startup environment—comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and evolving priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
• Strong analytical mindset—able to define metrics, evaluate product performance, and make data-informed decisions.
• High ownership mentality with a bias for action and results.
