We're working with a high-growth wellness CPG brand disrupting the retail and DTC space with innovative, energy-focused performance products on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a heavy-hitting Lead Data Analyst to architect a world-class analytics engine from the ground up, utilizing SQL and modern BI tools to drive strategy across Target, major grocery chains, and e-commerce channels.
This is a high-impact, remote-first role where you will bridge the gap between complex data infrastructure and executive-level business strategy. You will be the primary architect of the company’s data story, turning raw retail POS and Shopify data into actionable growth levers.
The Role
• Lead the centralization of multi-source data including Retail POS, Shopify DTC, subscription programs, and marketing performance into a unified source of truth.

• Architect and maintain scalable data models and reporting frameworks using SQL and modern data warehousing principles.

• Partner directly with Sales and Finance leadership to translate complex datasets into inventory planning and product launch strategies.
• Analyze syndicated retail data (SPINS/Nielsen/IRI) to identify white-space opportunities and store-level performance trends.
What You'll Need
• 6+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Strategy with a focus on CPG or Retail.
• Mastery of SQL for complex data manipulation and a track record of building data pipelines from scratch.
• Expert-level proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
