Role Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Machine Learning & Agentic Systems Engineer to join our team as a new headcount supporting internal teams and external clients. This role will serve as a subject matter expert in AI systems, working on science-driven, real-world applications using modern machine learning and large language model (LLM) technologies.

This is a hands-on, technical role for someone who enjoys building AI systems from the ground up—from research and modeling to infrastructure and production deployment.

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain intelligent AI systems that leverage large language models and modern ML techniques. You will work closely with technical stakeholders and client teams, acting as a trusted AI expert who can translate complex ideas into scalable solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and optimize ML and LLM-based systems for real business use cases
• Develop agentic workflows and multi-agent coordination systems
• Build infrastructure for AI platforms and automation tools
• Integrate models with APIs, databases, and cloud systems
• Rapidly prototype and productionize AI-powered tools and services
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to align solutions with business needs

• Serve as an AI subject matter expert for internal teams and clients

Requirements: Absolute Must-Haves

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience building and deploying ML or LLM systems
• Experience with LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, or workflow engines
• Strong research mindset with high curiosity and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and move from prototype to production
• Understanding of system performance, latency, reliability, and cost controls
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• With a Laptop/PC with at least an i5 Processor or similar specification
• DSL Internet connection at least 100mbps
• Available to work in the Central US Timezone (8am-5pm)
• Can work in a fully remote setup with a dedicated work area.

Other Requirements:

• Scientific or research-based background
• Strong inductive reasoning and systems thinking
• Experience in cloud infrastructure
• Ability to grasp complex scientific or technical concepts quickly
