Responsible for designing, building, and supporting integrations between Greenhouse ATS, Oracle HCM, and onboarding systems to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain integrations between Greenhouse ATS and Oracle HCM
- Configure Greenhouse workflows, fields, and webhooks
- Ensure accurate data flow for requisitions, candidates, offers, and hires
- Troubleshoot integration issues and implement logging/monitoring
- Support HR, TA, and IT with integration and reporting needs

- 3–5+ years of HRIS / integration development experience
- Strong experience with Greenhouse ATS and Oracle HCM

- Familiarity with middleware/iPaaS tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, OIC, Workato, etc.)
