A growing organization in the technology-driven services sector is seeking a Director of Enterprise Operations to lead and scale internal enterprise systems and operational technology supporting a large, global workforce.
This role will oversee the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of critical back-office systems and internal IT services used by more than 12,000 employees worldwide. The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader with experience managing enterprise platforms, modern cloud environments, and global teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise operations supporting internal corporate systems and infrastructure
- Oversee platforms including AWS, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Drive initiatives around AI enablement and automation across internal systems
- Manage and evolve the organization’s internal Help Desk and support operations (not an MSP environment)
- Lead a team of 4 managers and ~28 total team members
- Ensure operational stability, performance, and scalability for systems supporting 12,000+ users
- Partner with leadership to improve internal systems, processes, and user experience
- Help shape strategy for enterprise platforms across a global IT organization of 200+ professionals

Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise IT or enterprise operations teams
- Strong background supporting internal corporate systems and business platforms
- Experience working with AWS cloud environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystems
- Experience leading managers and multi-layer teams
- Ability to operate in a large-scale, global environment supporting thousands of users
- Exposure to AI-driven automation or digital transformation initiatives is a plus

Compensation
- Base Salary: ~$185,000
- Bonus: 20%
