Job Description


The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm, are currently seeking a IT Business Operations Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is fully remote. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

  • Pay: 80 - 84.21/hr (W2)
  • 9-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and budget.
  • You will be managing IT vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure performance, value, and accountability.
  • You will conduct vendor performance reviews and risk assessments, identifying opportunities for standardization and strategic sourcing.
  • You will oversee IT budgeting, financial reporting, and cost controls, supporting forecasting and alignment with business priorities.
  • You will track and manage IT operational risks, expenses, and vendor-related issues, escalating as needed.
  • You will support enterprise initiatives, IT staffing plans, onboarding, and professional development.
  • You will prepare and deliver executive level business updates, dashboards, and metrics to leadership.
  • You will ensure regulatory compliance and cybersecurity vetting for vendors and third-party services.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 7+ years of experience in IT operations, technology operations, or enterprise operations leadership
  • 2+ years supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives
  • 2+ years delivering executive-level business updates
  • Strong knowledge of IT contract structures, vendor management, and financial management
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization platforms, and comfortable within a business intelligence ecosystem
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred
