The Sr Project Manager will partner across all areas of the business to identify opportunities, define priorities, and drive execution of critical programs that shape long-term organizational success. This is a collaborative role, partnering with teams across technology, product, sales, service, claims, marketing, and finance. The Sr Project Manager will help optimize processes, align stakeholders, and ensure initiatives deliver tangible value to the business.

Accountabilities

  • Lead cross-functional projects from conception through execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Gather organizational context, identify impacts, and develop frameworks to prioritize initiatives and resolve complex challenges.
  • Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics to provide data-driven insights that guide project teams and decision-making.
  • Cultivate relationships across teams to proactively identify operational opportunities and design solutions that drive value.
  • Employ market research, competitive intelligence, and strategic analysis to inform business cases and project prioritization.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and support scalable operations across multiple functions.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to leadership and stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in consulting, strategic analysis, or program/project management.
  • Experience within insurance or insurtech environments strongly preferred, with cross-functional exposure considered a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, define opportunities, and turn strategy into actionable initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with comfort leveraging data to influence decisions.
  • Proven track record of aligning multiple stakeholders and building consensus in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and proactive with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach to driving results.
