Job Title: Visual Designer III

Duration:5 Month Initial Contract

Pay Range:$60-65.71/ hour

Location – 100% remote – Continental US ONLY

– there is some flexibility but it would be ideal if the candidates can work core Pacific Time core work hours.

Interview process

First – 20-30 minutes video screen

Final – 45-60 minutes with craft that includes a craft exercise to showcase a landing page

NOT LOOKING FOR BRAND Designers – Not button styles and design related.

Looking for candidate that can take design assets and design and deliver actual campaigns.

Team works in a small agile environment with quick sprint to go to market.

Please include a portfolio with your submittals

Portfolio should show some emails, In product add and Landing page examples

Prefer experience with B2B SaaS Sales.

Highly preferred experience with credit Card or Financial Service or Lending companies.

Email In product and In Product Landing Pages to enhance Client Retention, cross selling, and upselling customers

Working with teams to deliver projects and campaigns

Business impact and improving customer service

1 to 2 campaigns a week.

Tools

Figma and CMS

3+ years experience in marketing-related design with an online portfolio of relevant visual design work and proven business impact

A deeply ingrained desire to make all design functional and beautiful through email, and in-product marketing funnels

Strong business acumen and experience in partnering directly with marketers and other designers

Understanding of generative AI tools and best practices

Advanced experience with Figma including component libraries, optimizing and exporting assets

Working knowledge of content management systems

Curiosity and commitment to new ideas and innovating to drive business results

Strong communication and presentation skills

Explaining design rationale concisely and effectively

A portfolio demonstrating your strong craft and collaborative process

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a design-related field

Come join us as a Visual Designer on the Brand & Marketing team. This design role is fully remote, but does require the candidate to work west coast hours.

Gain product knowledge about our money solutions

Design meaningful and purpose-driven E2E experiences through email and in-product channels that inform and guide customers toward taking the next best action for their business

Work within a cross-functional pod to collaborate with other designers, content strategists, product managers, and marketers to drive results toward business objectives while commanding a positive mindset

Have a systems mindset, knowing how to leverage and uphold a robust design system across multiple marketing channels

Advance a strong point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends

Work on multiple projects at a time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately
