We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our growing Quality team supporting a modern identity and authentication platform. This role plays a key part in building a strong culture of quality across engineering teams and ensuring reliable, high-performing product releases.

🔹 Role Overview
As a Quality Engineer, you will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to design and maintain automated testing solutions, troubleshoot deployment issues, and help scale quality practices across distributed teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Create, execute, and manage test automation for product releases.
- Act as the first point of contact for pre-production deployment failures.
- Investigate and triage issues by analyzing logs using APM and observability tools.
- Participate in on-call rotations to diagnose and resolve deployment issues in real time.
- Work closely with developers to debug and troubleshoot test failures.
- Support reliability and performance in cloud-based, microservices environments.

🔹 Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software testing
- 5+ years of experience in test automation frameworks and tools
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Argo
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with cloud platforms and service-oriented architectures
- Knowledge of microservices and large-scale SaaS environments
- Experience using APM and observability tools for monitoring and log analysis
- Proficiency in Node.js (required), JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience working with distributed systems
- Comfortable with on-call troubleshooting and production support
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment
