About the Role We are seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Specialist to support end-to-end payroll operations. This role includes onboarding new clients, configuring payroll systems, managing employee and company data, processing payroll taxes, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Start Date~ End of March Work Schedule~ Part‑Time, Monday to Friday (Flexible hours within PST) Work Model~ Fully Remote Language Requirement~ English B2+ Experience~ 1–2 years

Key Responsibilities Manage onboarding and implementation for new payroll clients. Set up company profiles, pay structures, employee records, and tax configurations. Process payroll tax payments and support quarterly and year‑end activities. Generate W‑2s, 1099s, and other required reports. Resolve discrepancies related to payroll data or tax filings. Provide client and employee support regarding payroll processes. Maintain payroll systems, perform reconciliations, and prepare reports for Finance. Assist with system updates, audits, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications 1–2 years of payroll experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in payroll software and business applications. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and client‑service mindset.
