We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to help improve, expand and structure our growing Human Resources department to support all employees of Oddball.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation.
- Verify and reconcile payroll data to maintain accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Administer leave programs, including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, and other statutory or company-specific leaves.
- Guide employees through the leave application process, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Assists with performance evaluation process and training.
- Contribute to the maintenance of employee records and performance documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in human resources, payroll, and/or operations
- Experience with HRIS systems

Compensation
At Oddball, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.
United States Wage Range: $60,000 – $80,000
