Job Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager in United States.

As a Product Manager, you will lead the evolution of a digital behavioral health platform, shaping tools that improve patient outcomes and clinical efficiency. You will balance clinical, operational, and business priorities to deliver scalable and user-centric solutions, guiding your product through the entire lifecycle from ideation to launch. This role requires strong collaboration across engineering, data, and clinical teams, leveraging research, usability testing, and AI-driven insights to inform decisions. You will influence the product roadmap, optimize workflows, and ensure that technology consistently delivers measurable value. Success in this position demands analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to manage complex, high-impact projects in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, defining the “why” behind initiatives to ensure alignment with roadmap priorities and business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product features, including discovery, design, implementation, release planning, and adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including clinical, operational, and business stakeholders—to balance value delivery against implementation effort.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and validate product solutions, pivoting as needed based on evidence.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions, measure feature success, and inform roadmap priorities.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to design scalable, technically sound solutions while addressing future analytics needs.
  • Drive process improvements and innovation, leveraging AI-enabled tools where appropriate to optimize product delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software product management using Agile methodologies, with a track record of building complex web and mobile applications.
  • Proven ability to manage the full feature lifecycle, from initial discovery through adoption and iteration.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate empathetically across clinical, operational, and business teams.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing to validate solutions.
  • Technical and data fluency, including understanding system architecture, BI tools, and the ability to partner effectively with engineering teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to pivot based on new information.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical, clinical, or business needs into clear, actionable documentation and guidance.
  • Preferred: experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or regulated environments, startup growth experience, familiarity with AI-driven product features, and managing integrations with third-party SaaS tools.

Benefits

  • 💰 Competitive salary: $114,000 – $127,000 USD annually, determined individually.
  • 🏥 Health, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one.
  • 👶 Paid parental leave (12 weeks).
  • 🏖 Flexible PTO, paid holidays, and a 4-week paid sabbatical.
  • 💼 Fully remote work with periodic in-person retreats.
  • 📈 401(k) plan with company match.
  • 🌟 Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on pediatric mental health and care accessibility.
