Accountabilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, defining the “why” behind initiatives to ensure alignment with roadmap priorities and business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product features, including discovery, design, implementation, release planning, and adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including clinical, operational, and business stakeholders—to balance value delivery against implementation effort.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and validate product solutions, pivoting as needed based on evidence.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions, measure feature success, and inform roadmap priorities.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to design scalable, technically sound solutions while addressing future analytics needs.
- Drive process improvements and innovation, leveraging AI-enabled tools where appropriate to optimize product delivery.

- 5+ years of experience in software product management using Agile methodologies, with a track record of building complex web and mobile applications.
- Proven ability to manage the full feature lifecycle, from initial discovery through adoption and iteration.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate empathetically across clinical, operational, and business teams.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing to validate solutions.
- Technical and data fluency, including understanding system architecture, BI tools, and the ability to partner effectively with engineering teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to pivot based on new information.
