Our client is looking for an experienced Full Desk Technical Recruiter who is currently working in agency staffing and running a true 360 desk (business development + recruiting delivery).
This role is fully remote and offers a base salary north of $100K plus uncapped commission, with significant upside for high performers.

What You’ll Do
As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will own the entire recruiting lifecycle — from business development to candidate placement. These roles combine sourcing IT talent with client-facing sales responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Generate new client relationships through outbound sales, networking, and referrals
- Run a full 360 desk including sales, recruiting, and account management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs
- Source, screen, and qualify technical candidates
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer and placement
- Build pipelines of high-quality IT professionals
- Negotiate offers and close placements
- Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates

Requirements:
- Currently working as an agency recruiter (required)
- Full desk / 360 experience (sales + recruiting)
- Experience recruiting within one of the below enterprise technology ecosystems including:
- NetSuite
- Oracle
- SAP
- Salesforce
- Data / Analytics
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Proven ability to win new business and fill roles
- Comfortable operating in a commission-driven environment
- Strong sourcing, headhunting, and closing skills
