Job Description

Job Summary

Homeland Talent Solutions has partnered with an innovative and rapidly growing digital banking technology company to identify a Director of Product Marketing to help shape the future of digital banking for financial institutions. Our client provides cloud-native digital banking solutions that power modern banking experiences across account opening, digital banking, and branch channels. Their platform enables banks and credit unions to create seamless, intelligent customer journeys while accelerating innovation and strengthening customer engagement.

As the company continues to expand its product portfolio and build on strong market momentum, the Director of Product Marketing will play a critical role in defining how the platform and its solutions are positioned in the market. This leader will develop compelling product messaging, lead go-to-market strategies for new offerings, and help drive adoption—particularly across the organization’s growing business banking solutions. Working closely with Product, Sales, and executive leadership, the Director of Product Marketing will translate complex technology into clear market value, support successful product launches, and ensure strong alignment between product innovation and revenue growth initiatives.

This position operates in a fully remote environment, with candidates ideally located in the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones to support collaboration with distributed teams and leadership. It is an excellent opportunity for a strategic product marketing leader who enjoys building structure in high-growth environments, shaping product narratives, and driving meaningful impact across a rapidly evolving digital banking platform.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead product positioning and messaging for the company’s digital banking platform and business banking solutions
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for banks and credit unions
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across marketing materials, sales collateral, and customer-facing communications
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new product launches, feature releases, and platform enhancements
  • Identify and define target customer segments, ideal customer profiles (ICP), and launch readiness plans
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to align product strategy, messaging, and market execution
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis within the digital banking and fintech landscape
  • Translate market insights and customer feedback into recommendations that influence product strategy and messaging
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, solution briefs, battlecards, and demo narratives
  • Support sales enablement initiatives and training to ensure teams can effectively communicate product value
  • Serve as a key cross-functional partner, connecting Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Collaborate with external marketing partners and agencies when needed to support campaigns and messaging initiatives
  • Operate as a strategic individual contributor while helping establish scalable product marketing frameworks and best practices
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the product marketing function, including mentoring future team members as the organization scales

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Marketing experience within SaaS, fintech, or B2B enterprise technology environments
  • Proven track record of leading go-to-market strategies and positioning complex technology solutions
  • Strong messaging and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value
  • Experience creating sales enablement materials that support sales teams and drive revenue growth
  • Solid understanding of competitive landscape analysis and market intelligence
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Benefits

This role offers a base salary of $160K–$175K per year, depending on experience, plus a 20% performance-based bonus, with first-year OTE ranging from $192K–$210K. Our client also provides a comprehensive benefits package.
