Insight Global is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager for a role in Cynthiana, KY. The Compensation and Benefits Manager is a strategic, handsโon leader responsible for designing, administering, and continuously improving total rewards programs. This role oversees compensation strategy, benefits administration, payroll processing, HRIS ownership, and the Americas Sales Fleet program to ensure competitive, compliant, and effective rewards that attract, retain, and engage teammates across U.S. and international operations. The role partners closely with leaders to align pay and benefits programs with business goals and performance expectations, conducts market benchmarking and analysis, and supports annual merit, incentive, and sales compensation processes. Responsibilities include leading benefit program design and vendor management, managing open enrollment and teammate education, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll for U.S. and international teammates, and maintaining data integrity and reporting through the HRIS system. This position also provides training, guidance, and insights to leaders and teammates on compensation philosophy, benefits, payroll, and HR systems. The role is based on site in Cynthiana, Kentucky, Monday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Fridays. This is a full-time permanent role with an incredibly employee focused manufacturing company in the area.
